Terms of service
These terms apply when you order from Toran Invites, a brand of BRANDSWOT Consultancy (a sole proprietorship of Gowtham Sai), 1-133, Ground Floor, 1st Road, 1st Cross, Anantapur 515001, Andhra Pradesh, GSTIN 37BHAPG2573A1ZV. By paying an advance or confirming an order on WhatsApp you agree to them.
1. What we make
Digital invitations: invite films, still cards, wedding and event websites with personal guest links and RSVP, and related add-ons, as described in your quote. Packages and prices are listed on toraninvites.com; your quote on WhatsApp is the final description of your order.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%. We issue a GST tax invoice for every order, and a receipt for each advance.
- Orders under ₹5,000 are paid in full before we begin. Orders of ₹5,000 or more need a 70% advance to begin; the balance is due before final delivery.
- We accept UPI, cards (through our payment partner) and bank transfer. Work starts once the advance is received.
- The free name preview is free and without obligation.
- Offer and referral codes: one code per order. No code takes an order below ₹3,000, so orders of ₹3,000 or less are not discounted.
3. Delivery and revisions
- We deliver within [48] hours of receiving the advance and all your details (names, dates, venues, photos), unless your quote says otherwise. 24-hour delivery is available as a paid add-on.
- Two rounds of changes are included. One round is everything you list together. Each further round is ₹499 and starts once it is paid.
- If something is wrong because of us (a misspelt name, a wrong date or venue that you gave us correctly), we fix it free and it does not use a round.
- The final film is shared, or your website goes live, once you approve the draft and the balance is paid.
- Changes after approval that need a new film or a redesign are quoted separately.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check every name, date, time and venue on the preview carefully. We copy them exactly from the details you approve, and we are not responsible for mistakes in details you supplied or approved.
- Only send photographs, logos and music you have the right to use. You confirm you have permission from the people in your photographs and from guests whose details you upload.
- Do not use our service for anything unlawful, defamatory or misleading.
- You must be 18 or over to place an order. If an invitation includes a child’s name or photo, you confirm you are the child’s parent or guardian, or have their permission.
5. Websites and guest links
- Your website address (for example yournames.toraninvites.com) is reserved when your order is confirmed and stays live for the period of your package (6 months with a Function Website, 12 months with the Wedding Website or Film + Website, 24 months with Signature). After that it shows an “ended” page unless you extend.
- We aim for the site to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; planned maintenance is done outside peak event hours where possible.
- Own domains: you keep ownership of a domain you register; we connect it for the hosting period.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel before we start production: full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancel after production has started: the advance is not refundable, because studio time has been used; any amount paid above the advance is refunded.
- If we cannot deliver what we promised, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered part.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within [7] working days.
7. Ownership and use
Once paid in full, you may use your invitation films, cards and website for your personal celebration in any way you like, including sharing on social media. Our templates, design system, software and animations remain ours. We will only feature your invitation in our portfolio or advertising with your permission.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, for third-party services (WhatsApp, payment providers, mobile networks) or for events outside our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a concern on WhatsApp or email first; any dispute is subject to the courts at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
