Cancellation and refund policy
Toran Invites is a brand of BRANDSWOT Consultancy, a sole proprietorship of Gowtham Sai, GSTIN 37BHAPG2573A1ZV. This policy is part of our terms of service.
1. Cancelling an order
- Before production starts: full refund of the amount paid.
- After production has started: the advance (70%, or the full amount on orders under ₹5,000) is not refundable, because studio time has been used. Any amount paid above the advance is refunded.
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 63092 80333 or email gowtham@brandswotconsultancy.com with your order reference. We confirm the cancellation in writing.
2. If we do not deliver
- Standard delivery is within 7 days of receiving the advance and all your details (names, dates, venues, photos). The 7 days include the back and forth of your rounds of changes.
- If we do not deliver within the promised time, or cannot deliver what we promised, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered part.
- Time you take to send details or approve changes is not counted in the 7 days.
- If you paid for 24-hour delivery and we miss it, we refund the 24-hour delivery charge.
3. What is not refundable
- Work you have approved and received.
- Extra rounds of changes you asked for and we completed.
- A web address (domain) we registered for you at your request, once it is registered.
- Mistakes in details you supplied or approved. Mistakes that are ours we fix free.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) within 7 working days of approval. Online payments are refunded through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the amount. We share the refund reference so you can track it.
- We do not charge any fee to process a refund.
