Shipping and delivery policy
Toran Invites is a brand of BRANDSWOT Consultancy, a sole proprietorship of Gowtham Sai, GSTIN 37BHAPG2573A1ZV.
1. What we deliver
Everything we sell is digital: invitation films, still cards, wedding and function websites, personal guest links and photo albums. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no courier.
2. How it reaches you
- Films and cards are sent to your WhatsApp number (and to your email if you ask), as files you can forward to everyone.
- Websites go live at your web address, for example yournames.toraninvites.com, and we send you the link and your guest links on WhatsApp.
- We deliver to customers anywhere in India and abroad.
3. When
- Standard delivery: within 7 days of receiving the advance and all your details (names, dates, venues, photos), unless your quote says otherwise. The 7 days include your rounds of changes.
- Faster delivery (24 hours) is available as a paid add-on.
- The final film is shared, or your website goes live, once you approve the draft and the balance is paid.
4. If something goes wrong
If a file does not arrive or a link does not open, message us on WhatsApp at +91 63092 80333 and we resend it. If we do not deliver within the promised time, our cancellation and refund policy applies.
