How much does a wedding invitation video cost in India?

The price depends on a handful of choices. Here is what each one changes, and exactly what we charge.

A wedding invitation video in India costs more or less depending on its length, how many languages it uses, whether it is custom-made or a template, and whether a wedding website comes with it. At Toran Invites the Wedding Film is ₹4,999 with two languages and two rounds of changes, the Wedding Website is ₹6,999, Film + Website is ₹9,999, and Signature is ₹19,999. Prices include GST.

What changes the price of a wedding invitation video

Length and number of events. A film that covers one muhurtham is simpler than one that lists haldi, mehendi, sangeet, muhurtham and reception, each with its own date, time and venue.

Languages. Every extra language means the names, families and blessings are set again in another script and checked again. Our Wedding Film includes two languages; each further language is ₹999.

Custom design or template. A template with your names swapped in costs less. A film designed around your family, your colours and your story takes more studio time.

Website and guest links. A wedding website with RSVP and a personal link for every guest is a separate piece of work from the film.

Rush and changes. A faster turnaround and extra rounds of changes add cost anywhere. Ours: 24-hour rush ₹1,000, extra round of changes ₹499.

Wedding invitation video vs printed card cost

A printed card is priced per copy, so the bill grows with the guest list, and courier or hand delivery adds to it. A video invitation is priced once and can be forwarded to every guest at no extra cost. Many families do both: a small print run for elders and close family, and a video for everyone else.

Toran Invites prices

Wedding Film, ₹4,999: cinematic video invite with music, a matching image card for WhatsApp, two languages and two rounds of changes.

Wedding Website, ₹6,999: a custom website in your family's colours with your photos and story, a personal link for every guest, one-tap RSVP and a live headcount for every event, live for 12 months. No film.

Film + Website, ₹9,999: the Wedding Film and the website, in the same design.

Signature, ₹19,999: the film and website plus a family photo album for up to 2,000 photos, your own web address such as rahulwedspriya.com, 24 months live and 24-hour delivery.

Engagement invitation films use the same Wedding Film price. Housewarming, birthday and naming ceremony films are ₹3,499, a function website is ₹3,999, and both together are ₹6,499.

How you pay

UPI, card or bank transfer. Under ₹5,000 you pay in full; above that, 70% to begin and the balance before delivery. All prices include GST, and you get a GST invoice.

Is a video invitation cheaper than printed cards?

It usually works out cheaper for a large guest list, because a video is made once and forwarded to everyone, while printed cards are paid for per copy plus delivery.

Are there hidden charges?

No. Extra languages, rush delivery and extra rounds of changes are optional and priced on our pricing page. We confirm the total on WhatsApp before you pay.
